1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the repair services provided by The CellRevive ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Repair Services & Warranties

We provide professional repair services for mobile devices.

Workmanship Warranty: Screen replacements come with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty against defects in the part or the installation.
Parts Warranty: Batteries and charging ports come with a 90-day warranty.
Exclusions: Our warranties do not cover physical damage (e.g., subsequent drops), water damage, or damage caused by third-party modifications after our repair.

3. Device Diagnostics and Quotes

All price estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to change pending a physical diagnostic of the device. If additional damage is found during the repair process, we will pause work and contact you for authorization before proceeding with any additional costs.

4. Mail-In Service

For our Canada-wide mail-in service, we provide prepaid, insured shipping labels. While devices are insured during transit (up to $1,000 CAD by default), The CellRevive is not liable for data loss or damage caused by the carrier outside of the insured limits. We strongly recommend backing up your data before shipping your device.

5. Data Backup

While we adhere to a strict Zero Data Loss policy during standard component replacements, electronic repairs carry inherent risks. You are solely responsible for backing up your data before submitting your device for repair. The CellRevive is not liable for any loss of data, photos, contacts, or other information.

6. Abandoned Devices

Devices left at our facility or unpaid for more than 60 days after the completion of the repair will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to recycle or sell abandoned devices to recover repair costs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
